A sterling silver brooch featuring a mother of pearl gaming counter/chip

The gaming piece has fine and intricate carved detail of flowers, leaves and what appears to be a basket in the middle

Chinese gaming counters such as this one were most commonly used in the late 1700s/ early 1800s

The brooch has been made circa 1910

Stamped Sterling Silver on the back

5.5cm long

1.7cm wide
